I had a meeting at Kelmscott Manor last week; a beautiful place to visit; the summer retreat of William Morris and Rossetti, & containing an amazing collection of the possessions and works of Morris, as well as of his family and associates (Benson, Burne-Jones, Rossetti) – The Manor is open from March to October on a Wednesday and a Saturday, and is quite the most tranquil setting you will find.
