So which should Daphne choose? The Prince or her Duke? The nation is gripped by this period drama of romance, costume, duels, love and passion, to take us away from the current troubles of the world, and lose ourselves in glamour, style, beauty & love. The costumes, set and attention to detail are entrancing, as are the gazes between characters, especially as they dance, leaving the audience to wonder who will be their match. Even within my family, there was disagreement as to whether Prince or Duke would make Daphne the happiest in the long term!

In July 2019 we were asked to make some Hat boxes, Tall boxes, Bridesmaid Boxes and Extra Large Boxes, for the series, and the designs requested were to be in a traditional pink rather than the stronger shades we have today. We generally know very little about the programme we are making for, and it is always a wonderful surprise to see them appear on our screens. After some searching and swatching, the designs chosen were Dotty Dusky Pink, Seaside Pink, and a Stripe we have now named Bridgerton Pink Stripe! (see below.)
